New OC: Kenneth Gunnery

Name: Kenneth "Kenny" Gunnery

Occupation: Zombie slayer

Clothes: He tends to wear World War 2 army fatigues that he found while searching an old house.

Weapons: He is usually seen carrying a machete, police baton, 2 pistols, and an AK-47. He also has an M60 that is attached to his armored truck. But he only uses that to take down larger threats, such as Tanks. He also uses a silenced sub machine gun.

Hometown: Marshland, Oregon

Weapons of choice: Assault rifle variants, sub machine guns, dual pistols, and one handed melee weapons.

Past: Kenny was a very lazy boy growing up, and he stayed like that for a long time… until the "Green Flu" hit his town hard, turning almost all the residents into zombies. He was ill prepared for this, as his mother usually did everything for him. He had never away from her or some other family member for a full 24 hours before. His mother was out getting groceries when the zombies started to attack. Fortunately for his mother, she was rescued by the military and whisked away somewhere safe, which still stands proud and strong against the zombie horde to this day… though it was against her will, as she wanted to go get her son, who was still at home. They actually knocked her out and took her with them, as she was in a state of panic. Meanwhile, Kenny was not so lucky, as the house was surrounded by the infected. He was cowering in the basement when he heard the zombies manage to get into the house, and he ran into the storage room and pushed a heavy desk in front of the door, so that nothing could get in. The zombies began to pound on his door in a matter of minutes. He went into the corner and proceeded to wet himself. Then he heard it. There was a loud commotion upstairs, with lots of gunfire, and yelling. The sounds eventually made their way to the basement, until there was finally silence. He heard pounding on the door, but not as powerful as before, and someone called out to him. He moved the desk out of the way and opened it, to see a man standing there… then he recognized him. It was his neighbor, Mr. Hops. He looked like he had been through hell, but otherwise, he seemed fine. Hops asked Kenny if he was alright, which he said yes to, then told Kenny to follow him. Kenny followed Mr. Hops back to an armored truck that was outside his house, which had Mrs. Hops behind the wheel, and some other guy he didn't know on lookout at the top of the truck. He was about to ask who it was when the guy yelled out "TAAAAANNKKK!" Mr. Hops grabbed Kenny by the arm and threw him into the back of the truck. Kenny looked out the window to see a HUGE beast of a zombie with gigantic muscles charging toward them. Mr. Hops pulled out a Molotov Cocktail and threw it into the beasts path, then climbed on top of the truck and manned the gun, while the man he didn't know began to fire his own rifle at the beast. The beast bellowed in pain, and after a few short minutes, the creature fell to the ground, dead. Mrs. Hops sighed in relief. The unnamed man got behind the gun while Mr. Hops climbed off the truck and got into the back with Kenny. Kenny asked what the hell was going on, to which Mr. Hops told him that it would all be explained in due time. After a long drive, they arrived at the military hold out just outside of town. It was there that Kenny soon learned that his lazy ways would have to change if he was going to survive. He was trained by Mr. Hops on how to use guns, as well as use the large M60 on top of the truck. The unnamed man was revealed to be a police officer, who trained Kenny how to make and use explosives, as well as how to use melee weapons. And Mrs. Hops trained Kenny how to drive, as well as how to use first aid kits. He was trained by other people to do other things as well, such as rationing food and water, how to sneak passed a Witch undetected, how to snipe targets from far away, and many other useful tips to stay alive. Unfortunately, he couldn't get to his mother, as this military outpost was cut off from the rest. He also wanted to get to his girlfriend, who lived clear on the other side of the United States. She lived in Georgia, which was one of the first places to fall to the infected. Thankfully, he found out that his mother was safe, as one of the soldiers that saved her had stayed behind to tell him. His girlfriend though… he had no clue as to whether or not she was still alive… then the outpost finally got word that the place that housed his mother, also had saved a group of people, one of them having the same name as his girlfriend. A few days after that report, the outpost that Kenny was in was attacked by a large group of special infected, and he was forced to flee. The people that had trained him had somehow all managed to escape, the rest of the people though, did not survive. He was separated from them, and was alone with the truck. He did have a radio, and kept it on to make sure they were alright. One night, he heard the very good news, they had made it to the safe zone that had his mother in it, as well as his girlfriend, if it was the same person that is. So, with nothing left for him in his home town, he made his way toward the military outpost, which was none other than Las Vegas, Nevada. On the first stop, he found some World War 2 army fatigues, and decided to use them as his main set of clothes, as he found them to be quite comfortable. He is still on the road to Las Vegas today.
