Occupation: Unemployed

Home: He currently lives in an abandoned mine that he has filled with neon lights to help him see. He used some of his inheritance to get the mine electricity, as well as supply him with everything he needs to live the rest of his life in the mine, or go and buy supplies from nearby towns.

Past: Bio was born the son of a very rich family. His father was a doctor, and his mother was a royal librarian. His grandfather was a retired soldier, and his grandmother was a retired baker. Bio did not have an easy life, as he was constantly picked on for his different colored eyes. His left eye was dark green, but his right eye was neon orange. The only ponies that didn't make fun of him were his family, and his family's servants. His grandfather, who was worried that the kids would become more violent towards him as they got older, taught him all he knew about combat, and his father, who agreed with the grandfather, taught him how to tend to wounds. This is how he got his cutie mark, which was a dark purple spider, as he knew how to treat poisoning very well. One day, while he was at school, a large group of bandits attacked their home. Apparently, their leader had been imprisoned by Bio's grandfather shortly before he retired, and after he was released, he attacked and killed nearly everyone in their home. The royal guards, who were notified of it by one of the servants that managed to escape, captured and sent all of the bandits back to prison... where they would never again see the light of day. Bio was devastated by the loss of his family... until he found out that his grandfather had survived the attack, as well as one of the servants that helped raise him. He was put in their care, and he also inherited all of his parent's money. His grandfather convinced him to become home schooled, so that he would no longer have to put up with the bullies at the school. He agreed, and got a tutor. It was from this tutor that he learned everything else he needed to know. And it was from the servant who helped raise him that he gained his love for neon lights. A few years later, his grandfather passed away of natural causes, and the servant who helped raise him passed soon after. With nowhere left to go, he decided to move away and find a new home, since he was still made fun of quite a bit when he went into town. He sold his home, and headed out. He eventually found an abandoned mine that was far away from the city he was born and raised in, but still close to a nearby town called Ponyville. He decided to make it his home. While he and some others that he had hired helped clean out the mine of any rubble, and scare off any nasty creatures that may have moved in, he found a spider that was near the edge of death. Taking pity on it, he carried it back to the part of the mine he was currently living in and nursed it back to health. Once it was all better, he tried to release it back into the wild, but it didn't leave. Instead, it followed him everywhere he went. Bio decided to keep him as a pet, and named him "Neon." After several long months of work, the mine was just the way he wanted it, with electricity, neon lights, and everything he would need to live in the place. It was by this time that he bought a gas mask to cover his eyes and face, as well as made himself a neon orange necklace that glowed. He still had a lot of inheritance money left over, so he decided to spend it on bills, food, water, and anything else he would need from Ponyville. And not too long ago, he found a large deposit of platinum in the mine, which he often digs out himself to sell to some of the jewelers who wish to use it in their business. He still lives in the mine today with his pet, and has since found much more platinum to sell to the jewelers... and due to this, he has placed a large metal door at the front of the cave, which only opens when he inputs the code, and it scans his neon orange eye.
I made this character based on my love for neon lights and gas masks. Hope you like him.
